Will TOHH have screening done at the doors, how do I screen myself?

Yes. The Town Ambassador will ask each patron to show their green check mark that was given by completing the Halton Hills Simple track COVID screening questionnaire. This will be required the day of entering the facility. This is for Health unit tracking in case of an outbreak. Screening can be completed by scanning the QR code at the facility or by visiting www.haltonhills.ca/simpletrack

What is the capacity at the Facility?

Facility capacity will vary per location. Each section of the building (rink) will have its own entrance & exit. Area’s such as changerooms, spectator seating, washrooms & ice rink (including runways) will have their own capacity. 100 people are allowed on the ice rink surface (includes adjacent runways). We will not be allowing people to enter the facility if capacity into the facility is exceeded.

How many people are allowed in the dressing rooms?

Each group will be issued 2 rooms. Each room will have its posted capacities. Changeroom occupancy differs in each facility/rink depending on the specific room size, additional bench seating will be made available outside of the change room.  If maximum capacities are being met in a particular space, we ask that patrons wait until others leave the space before entering.

Is game play allowed?

Yes, there are no restrictions to gameplay or practice.

Are spectators allowed?

Yes. In order to maintain capacity, two (2) parent/guardian per family/group is permitted in the facility as an observer. Spectator seating will remain open with posted capacity restrictions. Once skaters are on the ice Parents/Guardians are to utilize the spectator seating. The lobby spaces are for pick up and drop off only. Sections of the stands will be taped off to allow 6 'd distancing. Please do not remove the barriers.

Are groups allowed to come in early?

User groups are asked to arrive no more than 15 minutes prior to their rental and must exit the facility 15 minutes prior to their rental ending. This will help manage building capacity and allow staff to clean & disinfect areas.

To avoid any delays on getting on the ice, groups are encouraged to arrive at the facility dressed.

Will all arena services be back up and running?

At this time, arena services such as concession, pro shop etc. may be limited or not available.
