Yes. The Town Ambassador will ask each patron to show their green check mark that was given by completing the Halton Hills Simple track COVID screening questionnaire. This will be required the day of entering the facility. This is for Health unit tracking in case of an outbreak. Screening can be completed by scanning the QR code at the facility or by visiting www.haltonhills.ca/simpletrack

What is the capacity at the Facility?

Facility capacity will vary per location. Each section of the building (rink) will have its own entrance & exit. Area’s such as changerooms, spectator seating, washrooms & ice rink (including runways) will have their own capacity. 100 people are allowed on the ice rink surface (includes adjacent runways). We will not be allowing people to enter the facility if capacity into the facility is exceeded.

Each group will be issued 2 rooms. Each room will have its posted capacities. Are groups allowed to come in early?

User groups are asked to arrive no more than 15 minutes prior to their rental and must exit the facility 15 minutes prior to their rental ending. This will help manage building capacity and allow staff to clean & disinfect areas.

To avoid any delays on getting on the ice, groups are encouraged to arrive at the facility dressed.
