Acton House League 44th Annual Peewee House League Hockey Tournament
The Annual Acton House League Peewee Tournament was held February 7th and 8th at the Acton Arena. Twelve teams competed in two divisons for bragging rights to the John Toebes (J.T.) Division and the Bill Waite (B.W.) Division. The games were very competitive, especially the two championship games, which saw the Streetsville Sabres defeating the London Thunder to win the J.T. Division Championship and the Oakville Flames defeating Acton's Jonsey's Pub in the B.W. Championship.
There are countless volunteer hours to host a tournament of this size and it would not continue to be a success without their commitment and devotion. Thanks to all the participants, parents and volunteers for a great weekend of hockey.
